Metrolo is a single-tenant management platform for university alumni offices, alumni associations and other member organisations. It combines a public website, member portal and administration panel, with modules for directories, profiles, events, membership dues, fundraising, mentoring, jobs, elections, email campaigns, payments and audit logging. Organisations can use their own domain and branding, run the software on their infrastructure, or arrange hosting with Metrolo. That makes it relevant to operational teams that want one system for alumni administration, community programs and member data controls.
The product covers a wide operational surface. Its searchable directory supports custom fields, filters and per-field visibility controls, while event ticketing includes capacities, guest registration, custom questions and QR check-in. Membership tools handle plans, renewals, expiry tracking and configurable access controls. Fundraising supports campaign goals, anonymous giving and contributor lists, and mentoring includes listings, requests and pairing lifecycle tracking. Email tools cover audience building, sender verification, test sends and delivery tracking.
