Our verdict on MAPCON

MAPCON is a computerized maintenance management system for churches, religious facilities, and other organizations managing buildings, equipment, and maintenance operations. It combines work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, equipment and inventory records, reporting, mobile updates, barcode scanning, and multi-building or multi-site management. It is suited to church teams that need a structured way to coordinate recurring maintenance and respond to facility work across one or more locations.

The published plans show two editions and two deployment models. MAPCON Lite Cloud costs $35 per month and includes work orders and work requests, preventive maintenance control, equipment and inventory databases, 200+ standard reports, one concurrent user, and 100 assets. MAPCON Lite On-Premise costs $595 one time and includes the core Lite features. MAPCON Professional Cloud costs $69 per month and adds unlimited site-wide work requests, planning and scheduling, meter- and gauge-based preventive maintenance, and multi-location asset management. MAPCON Professional On-Premise costs $1,200 one time with the same Professional additions. Base pricing includes one concurrent user, 100 assets, and one site; optional modules and additional users, assets, or sites can change the price.

MAPCON fits organizations that need flexibility between cloud hosting and self-hosted deployment.
