LockedOn is a real estate CRM, automation and marketing platform for agents, agencies, franchises and multi-office networks. It brings contact and client management, property lifecycle tracking, communications, tasks and reporting into one system. Its feature set is especially relevant to Australian agencies that need to coordinate prospecting, listings, buyer activity, sales and settlement while also managing websites, portals and marketing from the same platform.
The Plus plan includes CRM automation through DNA Plans and Triggers, bulk email, SMS and direct mail, portal uploading, agent profile websites, property microsites, Zapier and integration support. Enterprise adds custom development, platform extensions, franchise and multi-office management, plus advanced platform consulting and onboarding. Monthly subscriptions have no lock-in contracts, and yearly options are available, but both plans require contacting LockedOn rather than selecting a public price. Integrations include REA, Domain, Zapier, Homepass, Activepipe, Inspect Real Estate, Guardian by Inhabit and Pricefinder.
