LeadBase review
A focused LinkedIn lead-scoring tool with enrichment, custom rubrics, and routing.

LeadBase turns LinkedIn engagement into a scored sales pipeline. It monitors posts, captures reactions, comments, and shares, enriches engaged profiles, and ranks leads using title, company, engagement activity, and user-defined criteria. The product is suited to solo creators, professionals, agencies, and teams that qualify prospects through LinkedIn. Its web and API access support teams that want a dashboard as well as a programmatic connection.
The three paid tiers mainly expand usage, history, scoring, and support. Starter includes 2,000 engagement signals and 200 enriched leads per month, all integrations, 14-day lead history, and self-serve documentation. Creator increases those limits to 12,000 signals and 1,200 enriched leads, adds the full AI scoring model, 90-day history, and email support. Influencer provides 40,000 signals, 4,000 enriched leads, the full AI scoring model, one-year history, and a dedicated Slack channel. All three plans include all integrations. According to the published pricing details, there is no free plan.
LeadBase’s strongest fit is a LinkedIn-led qualification workflow: teams can define ICP criteria, use predictive scoring based on profile and engagement inputs, filter rankings, review engagement history, and export lead status. Routing covers Notion, Monday.com, email, and GoHighLevel, although GoHighLevel is marked Coming Soon on the integrations page. The 200-lead limit makes the product less suitable for workflows that need a larger lead capacity, while its destination set is focused rather than broad. Choose LeadBase when LinkedIn engagement is the primary buying signal; choose an alternative when you need higher lead volume or wider routing coverage.
