KidTally is pickup-safety and emergency roll-call software for child-focused programs, including church children's ministries, daycares, camps, studios, and after-school programs. It is designed for programs managing roughly 20–100 children and supports both check-in and check-out workflows. Parents receive one-time pickup codes and private status links without needing an app. Staff can flag guardians as authorized, limited, or blocked, record custody overrides, and export attendance and audit records.
Pricing is organized across Starter, Growth, and Pro, with annual and monthly billing. Starter costs $24 per month billed annually or $29 per month billed monthly, and includes one-time pickup codes, custody-safe checkout, emergency roll calls, email notifications, and attendance and audit-trail exports. Growth costs $49 annually or $59 monthly, adding SMS notifications, late-pickup alerts and automation, and priority support.
