Its offering combines hosted VoIP with auto attendant menus, custom dial plans, call routing, hunt and ring groups, voicemail, recording, forwarding and caller blocking. Business SMS, automated replies, cloud fax, fax-to-email, DID and toll-free numbers extend it beyond voice.
