Our verdict on Inkvoice

Inkvoice is an open-source invoicing dashboard for freelancers, small businesses, and teams. It covers invoice creation with line items, taxes, discounts, payment terms, and PDF export, while quotes can be converted into invoices. Customer records, account statements, online payments through Stripe or PayPal, reports, CSV exports, and multi-currency invoicing give it a broad operational scope. Shared invoice links let customers view documents, download PDFs, and pay online. It is suited to teams that want a hosted service or control over their own deployment.

The pricing structure separates convenience from control. Cloud Free costs $0 per month and includes unlimited invoices, 1 user, 5 customers, Stripe checkout and payment links, plus hosting, backups, and updates.
