Our verdict on IM Host Email Hosting
IM Host Email Hosting provides hosted business email for individuals, small teams, growing businesses, and larger organizations. The service supports custom-domain addresses, webmail, IMAP, POP3, and SMTP connections, with server-side spam and virus protection. It is a focused option for organizations that need business mailboxes and migration assistance without a broader collaboration suite.
The published plans use flat monthly package pricing. Pro Email Hosting costs $2.99 per month and includes 10 email accounts, 10GB SSD storage per account, free email migration, webmail, protocol support, and 24/7 customer support. Premium Email Hosting costs $3.99 per month and increases the package to 25 accounts and 25GB SSD storage per account, while adding email aliases and priority support. Ultra Email Hosting costs $5.99 per month and includes unlimited email accounts, 50GB SSD storage per account, aliases, autoresponders, and mailing lists. All plans include free migration, while the plan structure gives larger teams more mailbox capacity and additional mail-management features.
Platform fit is deliberately narrow: IM Host is available on the web, with IMAP, POP3, and SMTP support for connecting compatible email clients. That makes it suitable for businesses that already have preferred mail applications or want browser-based access. The service does not include a calendar, stated integrations, or native mobile apps, so organizations seeking an integrated productivity environment should consider an alternative. Choose IM Host for custom-domain email, migration support, filtering, and tiered mailbox options; choose elsewhere if calendars, app ecosystems, or mobile-first access are central requirements.
