HoteSoft Guest CRM is a customer relationship module within HoteSoft’s cloud hotel management platform. It is designed for independent hotels, boutique chains, resorts, and larger hotel groups that want guest data, reservations, marketing, and revenue operations in one system. Guest profiles can include stay history, preferences, lifetime value, and repeat rate, while tags support VIP, corporate, and loyalty-tier groups. Direct messaging, targeted email campaigns, reservation management, and automated confirmations extend the CRM beyond contact storage.
The published plans start with Starter at $29 per month or $299 per year. This tier includes reservation and booking management, a front desk dashboard, invoice and payment tracking, basic reports, and email support. Pro costs $69 per month or $699 per year and adds a channel manager, housekeeping management, an integrated booking engine, SMS and email notifications, financial reports, and a custom hotel website. Enterprise is listed at $1,499 per year and adds multi-branch management, full channel manager integration, CRM marketing automation, advanced financial reporting, audit logs, role-based access, and API access. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
Connectivity is a central strength. HoteSoft lists integrations with Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Hotels.com, Agoda, Tripadvisor, Vrbo, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Worldpay, Adyen, SagePay, Amadeus, and Sabre. Two-way synchronization with OTAs and GDS systems supports distribution management, while segmentation by nationality, spend band, or stay frequency supports targeted campaigns. Revenue analytics and dynamic pricing recommendations add a commercial layer. Hotels seeking integrated CRM and distribution tools should consider HoteSoft; properties needing only a lightweight guest database may find its wider hotel-management scope unnecessary.
