Hive is a project and work management platform for teams that need planning, collaboration, reporting, and workflow tools in one workspace. It supports project and task management through list, board/status, timeline, Gantt, and calendar views. Teams can also use dashboards, portfolios, collaborative notes, native chat, external-user collaboration, configurable automations, time estimates, and AI-powered work planning. Hive is available on the web, iOS, and Android, with an API for integrations.
Pricing starts with a Free plan for up to 10 workspace members. It includes unlimited tasks, 1,000 AI credits per month, 200MB of storage, and native chat messaging. Starter costs $5 per user per month when billed monthly and adds up to 10 projects, Gantt view, cloud storage integrations, an in-app calendar, and AI Assistant. Teams costs $12 per user per month when billed monthly and adds unlimited workspace members, time tracking, portfolios, shareable forms, and custom fields, labels, and statuses. Enterprise adds enhanced security and permission controls, unlimited onboarding, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, an Enterprise API, and Professional Services.
