Our verdict on Halliard
Halliard is a web-based media planning and measurement platform for independent agencies and in-house marketing teams. Its visual flowchart builder, Gantt timeline, channel scheduling, and budget roll-ups bring TV, CTV, digital, OOH, audio, and social plans into one workspace. Teams can estimate reach and frequency, compare budget scenarios, track media buys, and review pacing. A free plan makes it possible for an individual planner to work on unlimited plans, while collaboration and measurement features make the paid packages more relevant to teams coordinating campaigns or assessing results.
The free plan includes up to three scenarios, reach and frequency estimation, and PDF exports with Halliard branding, but access is single-user. Planning adds unlimited scenarios, unbranded exports, team seats, roles, approvals, version history, audit trail, and white-glove onboarding. Buying builds on Planning with vendor-level buy tracking and pacing, fee transparency, weekly spend allocation and reconciliation, and multi-client and multi-brand workspaces. Measurement adds connections to Snowflake, BigQuery, and Domo, MMM-powered response curves, a funnel-stage attribution dashboard, and a dedicated account team. Platform package prices are not listed; according to Halliard's pricing information, they are priced to team size and media volume, with month-to-month or annual billing. Separately priced services are $25,000 per Marketing Mix Modeling model and $5,000 per Brand Lift Study; these are one-time services, not platform subscriptions.
The product's strongest fit is teams that need planning, buying workflows, and measurement in the same process. Its listed integrations also include Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, PubMatic, and Nielsen, alongside the measurement data connections. MMM work includes channel response curves, saturation analysis, and a next-period budget scenario planner; the measurement package also tracks MMM-attributed revenue. That breadth may suit agencies managing several brands, but it can be more than a solo planner needs. Choose Halliard for multi-channel coordination and measurement; consider another tool if public platform pricing or multi-user access on a free plan is essential.
