Our verdict on Gythr

Gythr brings registration, ticketing, QR check-in, scheduling, speaker management, attendee networking, communications, analytics, and volunteer operations into one event platform. It is designed for organizers running conferences, summits, meetups, workshops, and hackathons. The free plan is particularly suited to smaller events, with a verified limit of 500 attendees and tools for registration, ticketing, basic scheduling, QR check-in, and a browser-based attendee experience.

The plan structure expands capability in clear stages. Free includes an attendee app, basic scheduling, and help center and email support. Plus adds the full core modules, room and session management, speaker management and portals, email campaigns, and in-app alerts. Pro adds the full event stack, AI features across modules, volunteer and staff management, and live chat alongside email support. Business+ is aimed at larger or more brand-sensitive programs, adding unlimited attendees, unlimited events, a white-label attendee app and public pages, and priority support. The published plans also show integrations with Tito, Stripe, Resend, and Supabase, plus imports, webhooks, and migration support.

Its strongest fit is an event team that wants one web platform covering both the public schedule and operational details behind it. Agenda tools support rooms, tracks, session capacities, waitlists, attendee bookmarks, and public schedules, while analytics cover registration, check-in, revenue, and event activity. AI assistance is focused on staffing and broader module support rather than presented as a separate product. Choose Gythr when a free event platform with substantial scheduling and registration coverage meets the brief; choose another option when native mobile platform coverage is essential or when the event does not need its broader conference-management scope.
