GReminders is an appointment scheduling and meeting-management platform for financial advisors and other service professionals. It provides online booking pages that can be hosted by GReminders or embedded on a website, while supporting individual, group, team, and round-robin appointments. Two-way synchronization with Google Calendar and Microsoft calendars helps align booking availability with existing schedules. Automated SMS, email, and voice reminders make it a fit for practices where reducing missed appointments is a central requirement.
The plan structure covers a free-access option through Basic, with 100 email reminders per month, one connected calendar, one event type, calendar integrations for Google, Outlook, and Office 365, and GReminders branding. Standard costs $8 per user per month when billed annually and adds up to five connected calendars per user, up to 10 event types, SMS reminders with add-on credits, and team scheduling modes. Professional costs $39 per user per month when billed annually and expands capacity to up to 10 connected calendars, unlimited event types, Stripe and Square integrations, webhooks, and Zapier.
