GReminders is an appointment scheduling and meeting-management platform for financial advisors and other service professionals. It provides online booking pages that can be hosted by GReminders or embedded on a website, while supporting individual, group, team, and round-robin appointments. Two-way synchronization with Google Calendar and Microsoft calendars helps align booking availability with existing schedules. Automated SMS, email, and voice reminders make it a fit for practices where reducing missed appointments is a central requirement.

The plan structure covers a free-access option through Basic, with 100 email reminders per month, one connected calendar, one event type, calendar integrations for Google, Outlook, and Office 365, and GReminders branding. Standard costs $8 per user per month when billed annually and adds up to five connected calendars per user, up to 10 event types, SMS reminders with add-on credits, and team scheduling modes. Professional costs $39 per user per month when billed annually and expands capacity to up to 10 connected calendars, unlimited event types, Stripe and Square integrations, webhooks, and Zapier.

Its ecosystem is broad for a scheduling product: integrations include Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, and Stripe. The platform also includes CRM workflow automation, payment collection, a Chrome or Edge sidebar extension, and AI-generated meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up drafts. Choose GReminders when reminders, calendar coordination, team booking, and business-system connections need to work together. Practices needing only basic one-calendar scheduling may find its broader automation and paid-tier structure unnecessary.
