It automates tip and service-charge collection, allocation, compliance records, payroll flows and employee visibility. Hospitality groups can manage multiple sites, roles and rules, while employees review earnings and documents through the platform and mobile app. Direct cashless tipping through QR codes and secure links adds a customer-facing collection option, and STASH lets employees save from tips or tronc payments.
Pricing follows a contact-sales model rather than a standard self-serve plan structure. There is no free plan, and tronc pricing is based on location or recipient, with a quote required. Direct tipping includes a customer-paid transaction fee. The platform runs on web and Android, with connections across POS, workforce, HR, PMS and payroll systems.
