FollowUp.cc is an email follow-up and relationship-management tool aimed primarily at Gmail users who want reminders, reply detection, and visibility into email engagement. Its Chrome extension adds features inside Gmail, including open and click tracking, while email-based reminders can work with other email clients. Alongside scheduled sending and recurring reminders, it offers contact notes, tags, and relationship history, keeping follow-up tasks and contact context close to the email workflow.
Pricing is per user or seat, with a 14-day free trial and no free plan. According to the vendor’s pricing page, annual billing is $18 per user per month for Starter, $29 for Professional, and $40 for Salesforce Edition. Monthly billing costs $23, $36, and $50 per user per month, respectively. Starter includes reminders, limited open and click tracking, send later, snoozing, contact tags, and two email aliases.
