FitnessForce is cloud-based gym and fitness management software for gyms, health clubs, studios, and multi-location fitness businesses. It brings together membership and prospect management, billing, point-of-sale sales, appointment and class scheduling, recurring payments, reminders, reporting, access control, digital waivers, and member-facing mobile apps. Members can view memberships, book classes and appointments, purchase subscriptions, and access club information through the app. Its web, iOS, Android, and API availability suits operators managing both staff workflows and member self-service.

Pricing is organized into three paid monthly plans. Grow costs $74 per month and includes a smart dashboard, prospect management, billing and POS sales, package management, membership management, and appointment management. Professional costs $99 per month and adds gift vouchers, trial tracking, class management, automated SMS and email, and automated lead assignment. Ultimate costs $199 per month and adds advanced campaign management, global membership access control, stock management with SKU sales, and support for multi-facility fitness centres.
