FitnessForce is cloud-based gym and fitness management software for gyms, health clubs, studios, and multi-location fitness businesses. It brings together membership and prospect management, billing, point-of-sale sales, appointment and class scheduling, recurring payments, reminders, reporting, access control, digital waivers, and member-facing mobile apps. Members can view memberships, book classes and appointments, purchase subscriptions, and access club information through the app. Its web, iOS, Android, and API availability suits operators managing both staff workflows and member self-service.
Pricing is organized into three paid monthly plans. Grow costs $74 per month and includes a smart dashboard, prospect management, billing and POS sales, package management, membership management, and appointment management. Professional costs $99 per month and adds gift vouchers, trial tracking, class management, automated SMS and email, and automated lead assignment. Ultimate costs $199 per month and adds advanced campaign management, global membership access control, stock management with SKU sales, and support for multi-facility fitness centres. There is no free plan, so the product is aimed at businesses ready for a paid operating system rather than casual evaluation.
Its strongest fit is for gyms that need more than member records and calendars. Membership upgrades, freezes, transfers, and terminations support ongoing account administration, while biometric access-control integration, digital waivers with OTP validation and storage, and automated recurring payments connect operational and revenue workflows. The public HTTP API covers schedules, locations, pricing, and class enrollment, and integrations include finance systems, access control, telephony, and payment gateways. Choose FitnessForce when billing, access, mobile booking, and multi-location needs matter together; a simpler scheduling-focused tool may be a better fit for smaller operations with limited requirements.
