Our verdict on Feedreader

Feedreader is an RSS and Atom aggregation product for individuals, organizations, and media companies. Its desktop reader collects syndicated content, organizes feeds into nested folders, supports article tags and keyword-based smart feeds, and can download podcasts or other enclosures. Feedreader Online adds browser-based reading, while Feedreader Connect extends the product toward sharing, publishing, forwarding, and server-oriented distribution. It is best suited to legacy desktop users, publishers, and organizations that need more than a basic personal feed list.

The published plans show a free Standard Edition alongside paid editions. Feedreader MySQL Edition is listed at €29, while Feedreader Connect Personal Edition is listed at €39 and adds Connect functions.
