Our verdict on Falorb

Falorb is an open-source product analytics platform for people managing multiple websites or products. Its portfolio-level reporting brings properties together while person-level profiles and cross-project identity resolution connect activity across projects. The platform covers event and page-path funnels, retention cohorts, user journeys, goals, revenue attribution, realtime analytics, alerts, and public share links. Browser tracking plus Node and React SDKs support web implementations, while collected data remains on infrastructure controlled by the operator and raw IP addresses are not stored.

Pricing is straightforward for the self-hosted option: it is free under the MIT license and includes unlimited properties, events, visitors, and team members. That tier also includes the core reporting suite, realtime analytics, alerting, public share links, and Node and React SDKs. Managed hosting adds dedicated deployment, provisioning, upgrades, migrations, backups, and monitoring, with pricing quoted according to traffic volume, retention window, and support level. There is no trial. Self-hosted buyers should be prepared to operate the deployment, while managed hosting is aimed at teams that want those infrastructure responsibilities covered.

Falorb’s strongest distinction is its combination of portfolio analytics and person-level analysis. Funnels show drop-off, cohorts can be organized by day, week, or month, and revenue attribution connects analytics to conversion outcomes. Alerts can reach Slack, email, or webhooks, and the MCP server supports querying analytics with AI assistants. GDPR export and erasure workflows add operational support for data requests. Falorb is a good fit for web-focused teams managing several properties that want open-source control; teams requiring session replay should choose a product that includes that capability.
