Our verdict on ExpoHQ
ExpoHQ is a trade fair management platform for independent organisers, mid-market operators, and large exhibition portfolios. It brings exhibitor portals, booth contracts, payments, deadline tracking, logistics forms, badge allocation, stand passes, manuals, co-exhibitor management, attendee registration, analytics, and floor planning into one system. The platform supports web, API, iOS, Android, and self-hosted deployments, with capacity for up to 500 exhibitors. Its feature coverage makes it a strong fit for organisations managing multi-hall, multi-country, or multi-brand events rather than small, single-purpose exhibitions.
Pricing is paid monthly and begins with Starter Organiser at $499 per month. That plan includes an interactive floor plan, attendee web portal, standard analytics, and email support. Enterprise costs $2,499 per month and adds a white-label attendee app, lead retrieval and matchmaking, advanced analytics and reporting, CRM and ERP integrations, and a dedicated customer success manager. Global Portfolio adds unlimited everything, multi-brand white-labelling, custom integrations and API access, an on-premise or private cloud option, a 99.9% uptime SLA, and a 24/7 dedicated support team. The published plans show a clear progression from core event administration to portfolio-level operations.
ExpoHQ’s ecosystem fit is a central strength. Integrations include Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Cvent, Stripe, Mailchimp, Zapier, Google Calendar, Azure AD, SAML 2.0, REST API, and Power BI. These connections support CRM, ERP, payments, identity, automation, scheduling, and reporting workflows. Interactive multi-floor planning, real-time booth availability, exhibitor logistics, lead retrieval, matchmaking, and real-time reporting give the platform breadth across the event lifecycle. Large enterprises should consider ExpoHQ when they need one system across exhibitor operations and connected business platforms. Smaller organisers with basic booth assignment or registration needs may find the starting price and feature breadth difficult to justify.
