Our verdict on Estibill
Estibill is estimating and invoicing software for contractors and service businesses. It is suited to remodelers, plumbers, painters, handymen, flooring specialists and other small contracting businesses that need to prepare estimates, organize customers and projects, issue invoices, and record payments. The service is available on the web, iOS and Android, and it is currently free during early access.
Its strongest area is estimate detail. Contractors can structure documents with sections, items, groups and materials, while keeping labor and materials calculations separate. Reusable Items, Groups and Materials libraries can support repeat work. Payment schedules cover deposits and progress payments, and approved estimates can become editable invoices. Customer estimate links can be sent by text, while branded PDFs support customer-facing documents. These features make Estibill a practical fit for project-based contracting work where the estimate needs to reflect stages, materials and labor rather than a single total.
The Early Access plan includes unlimited estimates and invoices, payment schedules, customer estimate links, PDF documents, and web and Android access. The Pro plan includes everything in Early Access plus priority support. Estibill also supports client and project organization, payment records and printable receipts. It is less suitable for contractors who need verified online payments, integrations or recurring invoices. Businesses that want a focused estimating and invoicing workflow across web and mobile should consider Estibill; those needing a broader connected software ecosystem should choose an alternative.
