EstateSarathi is a cloud-based real estate CRM and business management platform for Indian agents and agencies. It brings together lead capture, pipeline and stage tracking, property inventory, lead-to-property matching, site visit planning, scheduled follow-ups, commission tracking and team lead assignment. The product supports solo agents, small teams and mid-market agencies through a web application and Android field app. Public agent or agency websites, WhatsApp property sharing and campaign tools extend its role beyond a basic contact database.
Pricing is structured for different operating models. The Free plan costs INR 0 and includes Core CRM, five properties and two leads. Premium options cost INR 2,999 per 3 months, INR 4,999 per 6 months or INR 7,999 per 12 months, with unlimited properties and leads, builder projects, visit planning, source analytics, lead matching and a custom public agent website. Monthly agency plans start with Basic at INR 999, adding an agency dashboard, source analytics, a public agency website template and team collaboration. Pro costs INR 2,999 per month and adds up to five team seats, a website builder, builder projects and visit planning.
