Our verdict on DojoOS
DojoOS is web-based management software for martial arts schools, including BJJ, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo, MMA, judo and kickboxing. It brings member and household records together with memberships, recurring billing, class scheduling, attendance, belt and rank promotion tracking, and digital waivers. Schools can also offer a branded member portal and public signup pages. The breadth makes it a fit for operators who want student administration and day-to-day school operations in one system, particularly academies managing multiple locations.
According to the vendor's pricing page, Solo is $44/month, Studio is $70/month, Academy is $110/month and Network is $174/month, each with annual billing. The four plans list every DojoOS feature; pricing is tiered by active member capacity and locations rather than by a different feature bundle. Enterprise lists SSO, API and dedicated support. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available without a card. Buyers should compare the capacity and location fit of each tier, since the paid plans share features.
The operational range includes recurring sessions, tablet kiosk check-in, attendance reports, e-signatures and parental consent, plus staff permissions and centralized multi-location reporting.
