Residents can issue QR visitor passes, while guards scan them at the gate or register walk-ins with photos and request resident approval. The pass workflow spans issuance through recorded exit. QR passes can have validity windows and single-use enforcement, and residents can share them through WhatsApp or SMS. Guards can scan a pass and record entry details, or route a walk-in to the resident for approval.
