Its shared inbox supports WhatsApp Cloud API connections, approved template messages, media, read receipts, conversation routing, internal notes, automation, AI Bot Fynn, analytics, help-center tools, and team collaboration. It is suited to teams that want WhatsApp support alongside other customer-service channels rather than a WhatsApp-only workspace.
Pricing is structured around four plans. Hacker is free forever and includes up to 100 conversations per month, one agent seat, one inbox, and 30-day data retention. Startup costs $3.20 per seat per month when billed annually and adds 1,000 conversations per month, six-month retention, unlimited inboxes, all eight channels, a Help Center, and AI Bot Fynn. Business costs $6.40 per seat per month annually and adds unlimited conversations, one-year retention, agent teams, CSAT surveys, and advanced automations and webhooks. Enterprise costs $9.60 per seat per month annually and adds unlimited retention, SLA policies, REST API access, audit logs, custom roles and permissions, and a white-label Help Center.
