Our verdict on DealRadar
DealRadar is revenue intelligence software for sales teams and RevOps organizations that need a structured view of deal health and risk. It connects with CRM and conversation-data sources, assigns 0–100 health scores, detects buying signals, objections, risks, and stalled deals, then organizes recommended actions through daily lists and Today View. Its scope also covers AI-generated pre-call briefs, follow-up drafts, pipeline health, forecast commentary, team analytics, competitor battle cards, and autonomous deal-recovery workflows.
The freemium model gives buyers a limited way to assess the core workflow. Free includes 5 deal analyses, AI deal scoring, buying signals and risks, follow-up email drafts, and 5 pre-call preparations per month, with no credit card required. Starter costs $99 per month and adds 200 analyses, the Chrome extension, CRM context sync, Gong and Zoom imports, Today View, and RevOps Copilot. Growth is $499 per month for 1,000 analyses plus autonomous stalled-deal recovery, approval workflows, Slack alerts, CRM write-back, and a pipeline health score. Enterprise costs $2,000 per month and adds unlimited analyses, full autonomous mode, RBAC, custom scoring weights, an enterprise security dashboard, AES-256 encryption, and a full audit trail. Annual billing saves money.
Integration breadth is a central part of the product’s fit. DealRadar supports Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoom, Slack, Apollo, Zapier, webhooks, Gmail, and Outlook across web, Chrome extension, and API access. CRM synchronization and write-back connect recommendations to operating workflows, while imports and alerts extend coverage across sales activity. Buyers wanting actionable risk operations across multiple systems should consider DealRadar, particularly when approval controls and auditability matter. Teams seeking only lightweight forecasting or a low-cost paid plan may prefer a narrower option.
