DaysPlan is a cloud-based work time management platform for organizations managing employee leave, PTO, vacation requests, and timesheets. Its leave tools support employee self-service, configurable accrual rules, request and approval workflows, team and company calendars, email notifications, reports, and CSV or PDF exports. Employees and managers can access leave requests and approvals through the web, iOS, and Android apps. The separate time-tracking capability adds employee timesheets, clock-in tracking, and project or task time entry.
The product’s strongest fit is for teams that want leave administration and basic time tracking in one platform. The Time Off Tracking plan includes employee onboarding, advanced time-off settings, proxy requests, holidays and events, reports, and request or approve workflows. The Time Sheets plan costs $2.90 per user per month when billed monthly and includes basic time off, employee timesheets, project or task entry or clock-in time, approval routing, email notifications, and timesheet reports. There is no free plan, while a 14-day free trial is available.
Calendar synchronization connects with Outlook Calendar and Gmail Calendar, supporting a familiar calendar workflow without expanding into a broad integration ecosystem. DaysPlan also provides email notifications for requests and approvals, along with CSV and PDF exports for reporting and administration. Teams choosing it should value configurable leave rules, mobile access, approvals, and straightforward time capture. Organizations seeking a wider range of integrations or a free ongoing plan should consider alternatives with those priorities.
