Daylite review
A capable Apple-first CRM for service teams that do not need Windows or a free tier.

Daylite is a CRM and business-management application for small businesses and service professionals working on Apple devices. It brings together contact management, email, calendars, tasks, notes, sales opportunities, visual pipelines, projects, estimates, and reporting. Apple Contacts and Apple Calendar synchronize both ways, while communications and activities can connect to contacts, opportunities, and projects. Its Mac, iPhone, and iPad apps also provide offline access, making it a focused fit for Apple-based professional services teams.
The published plans show three tiers with monthly or annual billing. Leap costs $20 per month monthly or $15 per month with annual billing, and includes 1 user, 1 email account integration, 500 contacts, and email-only support. Growth costs $40 per user per month monthly or $30 annually, supporting up to 20 users, 3 email account integrations per user, 25,000 contacts, standard support, and onboarding. Scale costs $60 per user per month monthly or $45 annually, supporting up to 100 users, 10 email account integrations per user, 250,000 contacts, premium support, and onboarding. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Daylite’s broader workflow covers lead scoring, referral tracking, customizable sales stages, project milestones, quotes, custom fields, permissions, workflows, and reports. It also connects with iCloud, Gmail, Office 365, Outlook.com, IMAP-compatible email services, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zapier, and Mailchimp. AI-assisted email composition is available through Apple Writing Tools. The trade-off is platform scope: Daylite is limited to macOS and iOS, so mixed-platform organizations should look elsewhere. Bulk email marketing is handled through the Mailchimp add-on rather than native bulk-mail capability. Choose Daylite for an Apple-centered client-work operation; avoid it if Windows access or built-in bulk email is essential.
