Continia Expense Management is an expense reporting and reimbursement solution embedded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is designed for employees submitting receipts, mileage, per diem claims, and expense reports, as well as finance teams handling approvals, card transactions, posting, archiving, and reimbursement. Web, iOS, and Android access support employee submissions, while self-hosted deployment is also available for Business Central environments.
Its feature coverage extends across the main stages of expense processing. AI-powered receipt scanning and OCR can capture information from receipt images and PDFs. Employees can calculate mileage with Google Maps and submit per diem claims with daily allowance calculations. Finance teams can configure approval workflows, approvers, and approval limits; import corporate credit card transactions; and match those transactions to expenses. The product also includes browser-based Expense and Web Approval Portals, digital expense archiving, and integrations with Microsoft Intune and corporate credit cards.
Pricing follows a contact-sales model, with usage-based monthly invoicing for Business Central online and price confirmation through a Continia partner.
