CloudCall is a CRM-integrated communications platform for staffing, recruiting, sales, and customer-service teams. It combines VoIP calling, SMS, call recording, CRM synchronization, AI-powered transcriptions and summaries, power dialing, coaching tools, and voicemail drops. The standout voicemail feature lets users insert prerecorded messages with one click and store up to five messages, while the broader system supports desktop, web, mobile, and Chrome-extension workflows.
Pricing is organized across Starter, Pro, and Advanced tiers, with annual and monthly billing. Starter costs $15 per user per month annually or $20 monthly and includes essential VoIP and SMS, 500 SMS annually or 250 monthly, three months of call storage, Azure/Google sign-on, and access across desktop, web, and mobile. Pro costs $24 annually or $33 monthly, adding 2,000 or 500 SMS, six months of storage, AI-enhanced call summaries, Monitor, Whisper, Barge, and team administration.
