Close is a sales CRM for founders, solo representatives and sales teams that organize work around calls, SMS and pipeline activity. It combines lead and contact management, opportunity pipelines, reporting, forms, task management, two-way email synchronization and built-in calling and SMS. Web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android access are available, along with API keys, OAuth and an event log API. The product is especially suited to teams that want communication tools inside the CRM rather than a separate calling workflow.

Pricing is structured across Solo, Essentials, Growth and Scale. Solo costs $19 per user per month with monthly billing or $9 with annual billing, and includes up to 10,000 leads, three connected email accounts and 500 AI credits per user per month. Essentials costs $49 monthly or $35 annually and adds unlimited contacts and leads, team collaboration, built-in forms, email, calling and SMS, plus 1,000 AI credits. Growth costs $109 monthly or $99 annually, adding automated workflows, Chloe in workflows, a power dialer, custom activities, bulk email and 1,500 AI credits. Scale costs $149 monthly or $139 annually, with role-based access, lead visibility rules, a predictive dialer, unlimited call-recording retention, live call coaching and 2,000 AI credits. A 14-day free trial is available.

Close’s strongest fit is sales execution: workflows can include email, call, SMS and task steps, while Chloe, AI-generated summaries, reporting and activity timelines support follow-up. Integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Zapier, Calendly, Segment, Zoom, Fivetran, ChatGPT and Claude. Teams needing permissions, coaching and predictive dialing can move to Scale, while solo operators have a focused entry tier. Buyers seeking a free CRM or a lower-cost setup for advanced calling should consider the plan structure and possible separate telephony and AI charges before choosing Close.
