Clicktics is a website intelligence platform for businesses, product teams, and agencies that need more than visual behavior reports. It combines DOM-based HD session replay with click, move, scroll, and attention heatmaps, conversion funnels, live chat, lead scoring, pipeline management, attribution, and JavaScript error capture. A lightweight script supports common web stacks such as WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, and plain HTML. Mobile capture covers mobile web behavior, while native iOS and Android apps are described as coming soon.
Pricing is paid-only, with a 14-day full-featured trial and no permanent free plan. Start-up costs $19 per website per month for one website, 10,000 sessions per website per month, every feature, and one additional team seat. Medium costs $36.10 per month for two websites and a 5% discount per website. Pro costs $51.30 per month for three websites, a 10% discount per website, and additional sites up to nine.
