Our verdict on CleanFlow
CleanFlow is cloud-based cleaning business management software for solo cleaners, cleaning teams and small cleaning companies. It brings together branded quotes and invoices, payment tracking, customer records, recurring jobs, shared scheduling, cleaner allocation, reminders, checklists, stock tracking and before-and-after photos. Carpet-focused workflows include per-room and per-square-metre quote templates, scheduled visits and invoicing after completion. Its web access is designed for phones, tablets and desktops, making it a fit for very small operators that want one browser-based system for everyday administration.
Pricing is straightforward across the published plans. The Founding Member plan costs £9.99 per month and includes unlimited clients, unlimited invoices, smart scheduling, CRM and client management, stock tracking and a business dashboard. The Standard plan costs £19.99 per month and lists the same highlights. Additional team-member access costs £4.99 per member per month on either plan, with individual logins. A 14-day free trial is available, while the vendor advertises Founding Member pricing as limited to the first 1,000 cleaners and lists Standard as the plan that unlocks afterward.
