It can capture online meetings through a bot or bot-free desktop recording, record in-person meetings through mobile devices, and import audio or video files. Speaker-labeled transcripts, question answering across meetings, action assignment, and organization make it suitable for teams that want meeting information to remain useful after the call.
The four monthly plans separate basic capture from storage, automation, administration, and compliance features. Free includes AI notes and action items, speaker-labeled transcripts, online and in-person meeting support, bot or bot-free desktop recording, and 30-day meeting and recording history. Pro costs $15 per user per month and adds unlimited meeting history, one year of recording storage, automations with all integrations, custom AI insights, and five teams. Business costs $25 per user per month and adds admin and member roles, unlimited free viewers, custom data retention, a usage dashboard, and unlimited teams.
