Checkvist is a web-based outliner, task manager, and list-making tool for individuals and teams that organize projects, research, checklists, notes, and structured writing. Its keyboard-first approach supports unlimited nesting, Markdown, tables, code, images, tags, attachments, due dates, and task assignment. Navigation includes search, filtering, saved searches, focus/hoist, expansion by level, and options to hide completed items or future tasks. Sharing supports private and public lists with reader or writer permissions.
The free plan is unusually capable for core outlining and collaboration. It includes unlimited hierarchical lists, unlimited sharing and collaboration, Markdown, import and export, a mobile offline web app, and browser extensions. Exports cover OPML, plain text, Markdown, and rich text. The published plans show a 14-day free trial, while PRO costs $3.90 per user per month or $39 per user per year.
