Capsule CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management system for individuals, small businesses, sales teams, and growing organizations. It brings contacts, conversations, opportunities, tasks, projects, reporting, and sales pipelines into one system. The Free plan supports up to two users and includes contacts and opportunities, a sales pipeline, custom sales milestones, custom task categories, and Gmail or Outlook mail connection. Web, iOS, Android, and API access make it suitable for teams that want a simple CRM across desktop, mobile, and connected tools.
Capsule’s plan structure gives buyers a clear path from basic contact and opportunity management to broader sales operations. Starter adds email templates, a shared mailbox, basic reporting, premium integrations, and the AI Pipeline Generator. Growth adds workflow automations, advanced sales reporting, dashboards, multiple sales pipelines, multiple project boards, and AI enrichment and summaries. Advanced includes everything in Growth with higher contact capacity, expanded project boards, and expanded sales pipelines. Ultimate adds a dedicated account manager, custom training, and priority support, while its price requires contact with sales.
Its ecosystem is suited to teams already working with common business tools. Connections include Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, FreshBooks, Mailchimp, Zapier, QuickBooks, Slack, Transpond, Typeform, Shopify, Squarespace, and LinkedIn. The REST API supports additional connections, while AI features cover summaries, meeting preparation, email assistance, pipeline generation, and contact enrichment. Capsule is a good fit for buyers prioritizing a gentle starting point, visual sales tracking, and a useful free tier. Teams needing more users, capacity, project boards, or pipelines should compare the paid tiers carefully, and larger organizations may prefer a plan with the account management and support included in Ultimate.
