Canopy is a remote monitoring and management platform for kiosk fleets and other connected products. It gives technical support, IT, product, and operations teams centralized visibility into device status, software, settings, peripherals, and connectivity. The platform also supports onboarding, provisioning, configuration management, updates, reboots, alerts, and remote troubleshooting across web, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and API environments.
Pricing is aimed at enterprise deployments. The Starter plan costs $2,500 per month and includes location management, map view, agentless deployment, and full-scale remote actions. Advanced costs $3,750 per month and adds automated self-healing, smart alerts, flexible health dashboards, and support for iOS, Android, and agent-adjacent devices. Premier adds custom integrations, performance analytics and reports, the Canopy Agent Plug-In SDK, and an MCP server. Plans have a minimum 12-month contract, while select plans billed annually receive a 10% discount. Canopy also offers a 4-to-6-week paid pilot program.
