Cacoo is a browser-based diagramming and visual collaboration tool for teams creating flowcharts, wireframes, network diagrams, organizational charts, BPMN diagrams, and technical visuals. It also supports brainstorming, planning templates, tables, dynamic charts, and an infinite canvas. Teams can edit diagrams together in real time, while individuals and project groups can share, embed, comment on, and organize work in shared folders.
Pricing is structured around a permanent Free plan, a 14-day free trial, Pro, Team, and custom Enterprise options. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes unlimited users, six sheets, templates and shapes, PNG exports, real-time editing, and in-app video chat.
