Lucidchart is a cloud-based diagramming application for individuals, teams, and enterprises. It supports process maps, flowcharts, organizational charts, technical diagrams, system architecture visualizations, UML diagrams, ERDs, sequence diagrams, Gantt charts, and C4 models. Collaborative teams can edit diagrams in real time, while individuals can use the workspace for structured visual documentation and business process mapping. The product is available on the web, iOS, Android, and through an API.
Its strongest fit is an organization that needs diagrams to connect with existing work systems. Integrations include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, BambooHR, Asana, Figma, and Notion.
