Bidwell is a web-based tender response platform for UK small and midsize businesses. It turns past bids, policies, accreditations, case studies, team CVs and website content into a searchable knowledge base, then extracts questions from tenders, PQQs and supplier questionnaires. AI-drafted answers are written in the customer’s voice and cite source documents. Submission, decision and award tracking, along with completed responses feeding back into the knowledge base, make it relevant to small teams that handle recurring bids and want to reuse previous material rather than start each response from scratch.
The monthly plans separate knowledge management from drafting and opportunity discovery. The free Knowledge base plan includes unlimited past bids, policies and case studies, website import, search and export, with no card or time limit. At £20 per month, Answer any tender adds cited answers and Word and Excel export. Answer and discover costs £30 per month and adds daily monitoring of UK tender portals, matching by sector, CPV code, region and value, email alerts and full notice access.
