BagEvent is an event-management platform for professional conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, associations, and event agencies. It combines event websites, registration and tiered ticketing, multi-currency payments, speaker workflows, agenda planning, reporting, and offline check-in. Its broad operational scope suits teams managing multi-track, multi-day, multi-country, or otherwise complex events rather than organizers seeking only a simple registration page.
Pricing is organized around Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Pro costs $129 per month with monthly billing or $99 per month with annual billing, and includes five events per month, 1,000 attendees per event, five team members, unlimited system emails, one custom domain, Speaker Hub, and Agenda. Business costs $599 per month monthly or $479 per month annually, adding unlimited events, 10,000 attendees per event, 30 team members, its own Stripe or PayPal account, and three custom domains.
