What Take-Two’s public filing does—and does not—confirm
Take-Two’s 2026 Form 10-K describes existing Xbox licenses, not the newly reported agreement. It says an Xbox 360 agreement and an agreement dated July 1, 2020, covering Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One were due to expire on March 31, 2027, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party gave notice of non-renewal. Enterprise partnerships are a separate AI and data story
The reported TomTom, ClickHouse, Atlan, and DrugBank developments concern enterprise products and data or AI integrations, rather than Xbox publishing. The report associates them with Fabric, Foundry, and Copilot, but available details do not establish the exact product capabilities, deployment scope, customer availability, or commercial impact.
Microsoft has separately confirmed changes to its OpenAI partnership. What Microsoft’s latest reported results show
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Microsoft reported that Xbox content and services revenue decreased 10% year over year. The company also reported total revenue of $90.0 billion, up 18%, and Microsoft Cloud revenue of $59.3 billion, up 27%. The latter two figures describe Microsoft overall and its broad cloud business, respectively—not the contribution of the reported Take-Two agreement or named AI integrations.
