How to ask someone for their email address
Use Dame tu dirección de correo electrónico to say “Give me your email address.” For a direct question, ¿Cuál es tu dirección de correo electrónico? is a natural way to ask, “What is your email address?”
When to say correo instead
Correo electrónico is the recommended Spanish term for email and email messages. When the context is clear, correo is a natural shorter form. FundéuRAE recommends avoiding the English term e-mail.

What does arroba mean?
La arroba is the Spanish name for the @ symbol in an email address. On a contact card or similar display, an address may not need an “email” label if the context makes its purpose clear; the @ already identifies it as an email address.
