To rearrange passes in Apple Wallet, touch and hold one, then drag it to a new position. Wallet-wide notification controls are under Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Notifications; controls for a single pass, when offered, are in that pass’s details or More menu. You can also search for passes and hide expired ones to keep the main stack easier to manage.
Rearrange passes in Wallet
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Touch and hold the pass you want to move.
- Drag it to the position you want in the stack, then release it.
Apple describes Wallet as supporting organization and reordering of cards, keys, and passes. See Organize and search in Wallet on iPhone.
Find a pass with Wallet search
If a pass is difficult to spot in the stack, use search in Wallet. Apple says Wallet search can find cards and passes, as well as related transactions, merchants, dates, amounts, and locations. See Apple’s Wallet search guide.
Change Wallet notification settings
Adjust notifications across Wallet
For Wallet-wide notification controls, open Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Notifications and adjust the available options.

Check whether one pass has its own controls
Open the pass in Wallet and look in its details or More menu for notification settings. Pass-level controls depend on the type of pass and its issuer; Apple notes that not all options are available for every card or pass. See Manage passes, cards, and keys in Wallet on iPhone.

Hide expired passes and manage them later
To remove expired items from the main stack without deleting them, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay and turn on Hide Expired Passes. To review expired items later, open Wallet, tap More > Expired, then select a pass to view its details, unhide it, or delete it.
