To open the robotics lab in Modern Warfare 4’s Operation Shopping Hacks mission, collect four intact K9 Battery Cores and install them in the K9 CORE TERMINAL beneath NuriGO Mall on the Hajin map. The cores come primarily from K9 robot dogs, although one can appear in a Security Annex container. Because dogs self-destruct after death, loot each core immediately—destroyed cores will not power the door. You must also hack the encampment laptop first, use its match-specific keypad code to reach the underground annex, restore power, defend five hacked lab computers, retrieve the Bio-agent Sample, and Fulton out from the roof.
Where does the Robot Core objective take place?

- Read the four-digit security code shown in the resulting note and keep it available while you travel underground.
How do I reach the underground Security Annex?
Leave the mall, use the underground parking ramp at Entrance 36, and find the door marked “UNLOCKS VIA KEYPAD – LOCKED.” Enter the four digits from your own laptop note. Inside the Security Annex, activate the generator by selecting “TURN ON THE GENERATOR.”

Why do my cores become destroyed?

What is the safest way to loot a core?
Use a rifle or another ranged weapon, kill the dog from a distance, then move to the body and loot immediately. If the dog is already close, kill it, press the loot prompt at once and retreat from the blast. Ignore any destroyed core and continue searching for an intact drop.
