If pairing still fails or the headphones keep disconnecting, use the E553BT’s documented reset: turn the headphones on, hold both volume buttons for four seconds until the LED flashes blue three times, then pair again.
Confirm pairing mode and choose the right Bluetooth name
These instructions are for the HAVIT Freego Pro E553BT, an air-conduction headphone model identified by HAVIT and its regional listing. The pairing name to look for is HAVIT Freego Pro, not a generic name such as “Bluetooth headphones.” HAVIT’s Freego Pro product page identifies the product; the model-specific E553BT manual provides the button instructions.
- Press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for three seconds to turn on the headphones.
- Check that the LED flashes alternately red and blue. This alternating pattern indicates pairing mode.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or other host device, make Bluetooth discoverable or available for pairing if needed, and select HAVIT Freego Pro.
The manual describes pairing with a phone, but it does not provide detailed steps for every operating system. If the name does not appear, confirm the headphones are showing the red-and-blue pairing pattern before trying the host device’s Bluetooth scan again.
If the headphones connect to the wrong device
The Freego Pro remembers its last paired device and may automatically reconnect to it. If it seems to connect somewhere else, check the last phone, tablet, or computer you paired with and disconnect the headphones there before trying again on the intended device.

If the connection drops or keeps disconnecting
The manual says the headphones disconnect when they move outside their working Bluetooth range and automatically reconnect after returning within range if that happens within three minutes. HAVIT Ukraine lists a nominal range of 10 m without obstacles; this is a specification, not a guarantee of that distance indoors, where obstacles and interference may affect a connection. - Bring the headphones and connected device closer together, then allow a short time for the automatic reconnection described in the manual.
- If they do not reconnect, check the Bluetooth connection on the host device and select HAVIT Freego Pro again if it is available.
- If the headphones reconnect to another device, disconnect them from that last-paired device before retrying.
- If connection problems persist, perform the model-specific reset below.
Reset the Freego Pro if pairing still fails
The manual’s reset sequence is separate from ordinary pairing. It restores factory settings, so you will need to search for the headphones and pair them again.

- Turn on the headphones.
- Press and hold the volume-down and volume-up buttons together for four seconds.
- Release the buttons when the indicator flashes blue three times.
- Open Bluetooth settings on the host device, search for HAVIT Freego Pro, and pair again.
The three blue flashes are the reset success cue. A regional product listing also describes holding both volume buttons until three flashes, but does not state a duration; use the four-second timing given in the E553BT manual.
Check charging only when power or operation is in doubt
Charging is not a fix for a radio-pairing problem by itself. If the headphones will not power on or otherwise behave as expected, charge them with the supplied USB-C cable. The manual says the LED is red while charging and blue when fully charged; charging powers the headphones off.

When to contact support
If the headphones remain unable to pair after the reset, or show signs of damage, contact the seller or HAVIT after-sales support rather than opening or attempting to repair the headset. The manual-download portal is available at HAVIT’s manuals and user guides page; it is a search portal, not a confirmed direct download for this model. HAVIT Ukraine lists a one-year warranty for its regional product listing, but coverage and terms depend on where and from whom you bought the headphones.
