You can stop Ultrahuman from accessing health information by changing the permission for the connection that supplies it. On iPhone, manage Ultrahuman’s access in Apple Health; on Android, check Health Connect. Other integrations and provider medical records use separate controls. If you also want Ultrahuman to delete information it already received, submit a separate privacy request—revoking access alone is not documented as deleting stored data.

First identify the source of the records

Ultrahuman may receive information through Apple Health, Android Health Connect, another third-party integration, or a separate connection to provider records through HealthEx PowerPlug. These routes have distinct controls: turning off one does not necessarily stop the others. Ultrahuman’s privacy policy describes information from integrations and says they can be disabled in its app.

If you mean data produced by your Ultrahuman ring, that is different from health records another service shares with the app. The steps below address access through connected services and record-sharing consent.

Change Apple Health access on iPhone

Apple lets you manage third-party app access by data type and change what you share later. Menu labels can differ between iOS versions, so use the Health app’s app-access controls or the iPhone Settings screen for health-data access, then select Ultrahuman.

  1. Open Apple Health or the iPhone Settings area for health-data access.
  2. Find the list of apps with access and select Ultrahuman.
  3. Turn off the specific categories you no longer want to share, or disable all listed access.
  4. Review the controls again if you later want to restore access to a category.

Apple’s Health privacy information says users control which data they share with third-party apps. Changing these permissions controls Apple Health access; it does not by itself withdraw a separate HealthEx consent or request deletion of a copy Ultrahuman already received.

Remove Ultrahuman permissions in Android Health Connect

If your Android setup routes data through Health Connect, use Health Connect’s app-permission controls. The names and available categories depend on the Android version, device configuration, and app version.

  1. Open Health Connect and go to its app permissions or connected apps area.
  2. Select Ultrahuman if it appears in the list.
  3. Remove the read permissions for the data categories you do not want shared, or revoke its access as needed.

Check the current labels on your device; Health Connect only controls the app and data types supported by that configuration.

Check Ultrahuman’s in-app integration settings

Ultrahuman’s privacy policy, last updated September 13, 2026, says third-party integrations can be disabled from within its app. Open the app’s settings and look for connected apps, integrations, or a similarly named section; turn off the integration you want to stop. Menu names may change. This is an additional integration control, not a documented way to erase information already synchronized to Ultrahuman.

Withdraw HealthEx medical-record sharing separately

HealthEx PowerPlug is a separate route for connecting medical records from care sites. In an announcement dated September 17, 2026, Ultrahuman said users choose which care sites to connect, actively consent to sharing records, and can stop sharing. The announcement does not give a precise menu walkthrough. Use the current HealthEx or Ultrahuman account controls to find the sharing consent; if it is not visible, contact Ultrahuman support. Changing Apple Health or Health Connect permissions should not be treated as withdrawing this separate consent.

Request deletion of data Ultrahuman already holds

Revoking a permission or disabling an integration is about future access; Ultrahuman does not document those actions as deleting copies it has already received. Its privacy policy lists a separate right to request deletion, as well as rights relating to access, correction, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawing consent. Use the policy’s privacy-rights process to ask about the data held by Ultrahuman and request erasure.

A request to Ultrahuman does not establish that records held by a clinic, Apple, Google, or an independent recipient will also be erased. Contact those organizations separately if you want to address their copies.

If a metric disappears, check permissions directly

A missing metric does not prove that permission was denied. Apple’s HealthKit developer documentation explains that an app is not told whether a person denied read access; denied data can appear the same as data that simply is not present. Open the relevant permission screen to verify access instead of relying on whether a measurement appears in Ultrahuman.

Other sharing and developer access

If you authorized an external developer or partner to access metrics, that authorization is separate from the Apple Health, Health Connect, and HealthEx controls above. Ultrahuman’s developer documentation describes a Partner ID authorization flow for another person’s data and says an exposed personal API key can be deactivated or deleted. Review the specific authorization and revoke it where a control is available; contact Ultrahuman support if you cannot find one.
