Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsTo change cookie permissions in Chrome on an Android phone or tablet, open More → Settings → Site settings → Third-party cookies. Choose whether to allow third-party cookies, block them only in Incognito, or block them generally. If one site stops working, add an exception for that site instead of changing the setting for every site.
Change the third-party cookie setting for all sites
- Open Chrome on your Android device.
- Tap More (the three-dot menu), then Settings.
- Tap Site settings, then Third-party cookies.
- Choose one of the available options:
- Allow third-party cookies permits them across sites.
- Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode allows them in regular browsing but blocks them in Incognito.
- Block third-party cookies blocks them generally.
Google cautions that some sites may not work as expected when cookies are blocked. Menu labels or arrangement can differ by Chrome version and device. Google’s Android cookie instructions describe the available controls.
Allow one site without changing the general setting
If blocking cookies causes a problem on a particular site, add an exception while leaving the broader block in place.
- In Chrome, tap More → Settings.
- Go to Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
- Tap + Add site exception, enter the site, and tap Add.
For an exception that covers a domain and its subdomains, Google’s instructions give the [*.] prefix pattern—for example, [*.]example.com. Remove an exception from the same list when you no longer need it. Google documents the general setting route under Site settings and the exception route under Privacy and security; the labels may vary by version or device.

- Please note, this device does not support E-SIM; This 4G model is compatible with all GSM networks worldwide outside of the U.S. In the US, ONLY compatible with T-Mobile and their MVNO's (Metro and Standup). It will NOT work with other CDMA carriers, and it is also not compatible with their MVNO (Visible, Xfinity Mobile, US Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc).
- Compatibility with certain third-party devices and accessibility accessories, including some hearing aids, may vary depending on manufacturer support, Bluetooth protocols, software compatibility, and regional firmware limitations. For additional hearing aid compatibility information, please refer to Samsung’s official support documentation.

Temporarily change cookies for the site you are viewing
- Open the site in Chrome.
- Tap the page information control beside the address bar.
- Open Cookies and site data, then turn Third-party cookies on or off.
Google describes this as a temporary, site-specific change, and says the site is added to the exception list. A temporary allowance also carries over into Incognito and cannot be reset from Incognito. If needed, manage or remove the exception from the Third-party cookies settings.
Delete stored data for one site
To remove data already stored for a site, open that site, tap the page information control beside the address bar, and choose Cookies and site data. Tap Delete or Remove next to the stored data. This deletes existing site data; it is separate from the setting that controls whether third-party cookies may be used in the future.

What Chrome’s cookie controls do—and do not—change
Third-party cookies are different from a site’s own cookies
Google describes first-party cookies as created by the site shown in the address bar. Third-party cookies are created by other sites embedded in the page, such as providers of images, ads, or text. They may be used to personalize ads or learn about activity across sites. The Third-party cookies setting controls that third-party behavior; blocking it does not mean Chrome has deleted all cookies or all data stored by websites.
On-device site data is a separate control
Chrome’s On-device site data setting controls whether sites can save data on your device. That saved data can support features such as keeping a shopping cart active. Chrome can also delete saved data when all windows close, or prevent sites from saving it; Google cautions that disallowing saved data may cause sites not to work as expected. See Google’s explanation of on-device site data for that separate setting.

Incognito is not a complete cookie or tracking blocker
Google says third-party cookies are blocked by default in Incognito. Incognito still uses temporary cookies and site data during a session so sites and navigation work; Chrome removes that local session data after all Incognito tabs are closed. Incognito does not stop websites or services from collecting data during your visit. A site-specific temporary cookie allowance may also carry over into Incognito. See Google’s Incognito guidance for Android.
