The figures come from different products, markets and dates, so they are not a direct value ranking. The Hasbro and Disguise measurements describe shorter costume-oriented items, PROPLICA supplies a near life-size 105 cm sword with display hardware, and First 4 Figures sells a static statue. Hasbro versus PROPLICA: interactive toy or full-size replica?

Tamashii Nations’ original PROPLICA Master Sword release was September 21, 2024. A separate 2026 product listing gives a Japanese recommended price of ¥29,700 including tax, opens preorders on October 1, 2026 and schedules release for April 2027. That is a maker-published Japanese price and timetable, not a universal international retail price.

The same listing warns that regional sales situations differ and advises checking stock with the shop. Buyers outside Japan should confirm whether the product is officially sold in their region, whether the listed price includes local taxes or import costs, and whether a retailer is offering the 2024 item, the 2026 re-release or leftover inventory. A preorder date and release month can change, so verify the current listing before paying.
Hasbro versus the Nintendo-listed costume sword
Purpose and dimensions
Nintendo’s store lists a Disguise-made Zelda Costume Master Sword as a toy sword and scabbard measuring 26 by 6 by 2 inches. Its stated role is costume play. Hasbro versus First 4 Figures’ Decayed Master Sword
Different designs and categories
First 4 Figures lists a life-size Decayed Master Sword statue associated with Tears of the Kingdom. The collection page showed two editions, priced at $599.99 and $519.99 when accessed, and both were marked sold out. This is a static display collectible rather than an interactive roleplay toy. Why the price gap is not a quality score

Both listed Decayed Master Sword editions were sold out at the time of access. “Sold out” describes that observed listing state, not permanent discontinuation. Check the manufacturer or an authorized retailer for a restock, later edition or resale listing, and confirm that the edition is the one you want before treating an old displayed price as current.

Pick the Decayed Master Sword statue for a static centerpiece
First 4 Figures’ Decayed Master Sword belongs in a display-collectible decision, not a roleplay decision. It is life-size and was offered in two editions, but both were sold out when checked.
